Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and six8s ("six8s", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the six8s website located at https://six8s.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and content made available thereon.

six8s is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in the Pakistan market. Our platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting — including PSL, ICC cricket tournaments, international football and UFC — and a suite of responsible gambling tools.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location or device. They supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and six8s relating to your use of the platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and use six8s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or its license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name for your own personal use. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling, whether through the six8s platform or through any wider exclusion scheme to which the operator subscribes.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent or relative of a six8s employee or affiliated entity.
• You must hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

six8s reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent closure where eligibility cannot be established.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the six8s registration process in full and accurately. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Registrations must use your real legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport). Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, six8s may close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions, bonuses or winnings across all such accounts without liability.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your six8s Account must be made using payment methods that are currently available in the Platform's cashier. Payment method availability is subject to change at the operator's discretion without prior notice.

Familiar Pakistan-market payment references that may be available include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The mention of these payment brands is for contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with gambling activity on this or any other platform.

• All deposits must be made from accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• six8s does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity. All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering screening.
• Currency amounts on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) where applicable. Exchange rates for non-PKR deposits are set by the operator and may vary.
• six8s is not responsible for delays, fees or failures caused by your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your KYC verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met. six8s reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to fund your Account and is registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the cashier section.
• Processing times are at the operator's discretion. six8s does not guarantee withdrawal timescales and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks for high-value requests or accounts that trigger automated risk-management alerts.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will be removed from your balance at the time of a withdrawal request.

six8s reserves the right to withhold or void a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or system error that resulted in an erroneous balance. Any withheld funds will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed.

Bonuses & Promotions

six8s may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all six8s promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering multiples, eligible games and contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum permitted bet per round or transaction applies. Breaching this limit voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Refer to the promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited upon the expiry date specified in the promotion's terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions cap the total amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. Winnings exceeding this cap are not redeemable.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address and payment method.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the six8s platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game. Sports betting rules, settlement procedures and void-bet criteria are published in the sports section. Casino and slot game rules are accessible via each game's information panel.

• Bets accepted by the platform in error — including where odds were manifestly incorrect due to technical error or feed failure — may be voided. six8s reserves this right without liability.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. six8s does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific live market.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot games are illustrative examples unless otherwise confirmed by the game provider. Actual RTP may vary.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed by the system.
• Betting markets may be suspended, voided or settled early at the operator's discretion in response to rule 4 deductions, event cancellation, force majeure or regulatory instruction.

Cricket markets — including PSL match betting, ICC tournament outright winners and T20 series handicaps — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). In the event of a no-result or abandoned match, bets will be settled in accordance with our published void-bet policy.

Responsible Gambling

six8s is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you deposit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six8s platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Using automation software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or misquoted odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in sports betting or live casino games.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform for the processing of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name or funded from criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools, self-exclusion measures or account restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Any other conduct that, in six8s's reasonable opinion, constitutes abuse of the Platform or its Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the six8s Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of six8s or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of six8s.

The six8s name, logo and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of any six8s trademark or service mark is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six8s, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or any other financial loss howsoever caused.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service failures, force majeure or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game information, RTP data or odds that are sourced from third-party game providers or data feeds.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, six8s's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy & Data

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

The version of the Terms bearing the most recent effective date shall supersede all prior versions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed, which may not be Pakistan.
